The products at Naal are made to order, and the product production is initiated only after the order is placed. We ensure that standard sizes are used to give you the perfect fit. However, if you want to exchange your items for another size or style, you may return them at:

Returns
We do not offer refund on any product sold. However, the items can be eligible for exchange or credit voucher.
We have a 14-day exchange policy. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged and no smell of any fragrances (perfume, deodorant) along with the original tags, and in its original packaging along with the invoice. Please mention your desired exchange piece along with the size on the invoice, and write to us at support@naalindia.com. We will not entertain refund & cancellation requests.
We will not entertain exchanges any later than 14 days. If you wish to exchange a piece, please send us a mail at support@naalindia.com within 2 days of receiving your order.
For returning your item, you will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
